Hi - I am new to the site and I wanted to share the regimen that my derm ordered me to follow.

wet face with cool water
wash with Lovely Looks Soap with hot water, rinse with hot water
wash again using soap and hot water
rinse using luke warm water
splash with cold water
pat dry
wait 10 minutes
apply 5% Alpha Hydroxy Pads (AM and PM)
wait 10 minutes
apply Bexzoclin (AM and PM)
Differin .3% (PM)
apply Replenix sunscreen (AM)
take tetracycline 1 pill twice daily

And she suggested that I stop using MAC and start using Jane Iredale mineral makeup.

PHEW!!

Has anyone had their doc give them such instructions?
Is anyone using any of these products? If so, then how well do they work?

hey! thats a long regimen. what does all the rinsing with the different temperatures do?

im on differin right now. ive been on it for about a month for my moderate stress acne. so far, i've had some luck, but its kind of wierd. i'll be almost clear and then get random breakouts out of nowhere that'll clear in like two days. i dont know, maybes its not the differin. im also on aczone
