are ortho tri cyclen and ortho cyclen the same thing?

hi. im new on here. ive been taking ortho cyclen for 2 months. recently ive been trying to find out what the best type of birth control is for acne - everything is saying ortho tri cyclen. so im wondering is ortho cyclen the same thing as ortho TRI cyclen? or is it a generic?
