hello there NightsDisguise,
I admire you for you courage and many try-outs. Ive been fighting myself for over 5 years with acne ( I am now 19 years old ). Because my hormones and stresslevel lowered the last 2 years, my acne is lesss worse than before. No big cists anymore but still a red skin, many black and whiteheads.
Your diet looks verry interesting, although I dont know if im capable of it. Nonetheless I had some questions concering it.
1. You see to eat allot of eggs, 2-3 each morning. Isnt that unhealthy ? I can even remember that somebody claimed that eggs were bad for skin (because of hormones maybe?). I really hope its not though, i love eggs.
2. Bread/gluten. Do you eat bread with your eggs ? do you eat bread at all actually ? and is it really bad to eat brown bread in the morning/lunch ( we always eat bread here ).
3. About the showering; you said that you dont shower much because its better for the skin. But I can remember a big topic about a guy who said it WAS neccesary to go 2 times a day in the shower because it was the only way to clear the skin correctly. I dont know, would like to know, in dubio

4. Fruits contains sugar, but there different sugars than the bad ones ? I love fruit, and thought it was healthy to eat (good for skin i thought) but I guess... not ?
Sorry for the questions mate, tired of fighting myself
Congratulations with your skin though

Thanks for the post! Glad to hear that your acne is less than what it use to be.
1.) Organic Eggs: Eggs are actually one of the best foods out there for you. It is the best source of protein and contains a lot of nutrients--vitamins. And yes they are bad for you according to the media because of high cholesterol. I don't believe that high cholesterol is bad. That is a long story. I will try to do it in a message sometime soon. Eggs conatin sulphur so that means they are antibacterial, antifungal, and antiparasitic.
2) I don't eat bread... I know for many people gluten is hard to digest. And because I believe I have a yeast infection. High carbs and the yeast in the bread feed my yeast which causes more toxins (acne, infection) to come out through the largest organ (the skin). I eat vegetables with my eggs and i also melt unsalted butter and put that on my eggs. With some sea salt. It's pretty dang good.
3) Well I don't shower everyday like I said before. I like to let the natural oils on my skin build up, because they are antibacterial and part of your immune system. I haven't seen anything bad come because I don't shower everyday. It's green and saves money... That's not the reason I don't shower though. Like I said before I like the natural oil on my body. Showers strip off that oil. Most of the time I do take a shower I just rinse off in the water. Some soaps are pretty harsh for the skin. They have lots of chemicals in them and it strips the skin. That's what I believe and I'm sure you can make your own opinion through trial and error about the showering deal. I suggest Dr. Bronner's soap. I like it!
4) Again, if you are suffering from Candida all sugar no matter what form feeds yeast overgrowth.
Hope this answered some questions you had...
Hope you find relief from your fight; don't ever give up there is a solution,
Jeff
