Hello People

I've taken b5 supplements (from natureway) at the dose of 9,5 grams a day for about 6 months.
I am happy with the results. my face is now clear. It has worked very much better than accutane,
and with very very few side effects. I can live a normal life now.

But... I made some blood analysis.
The transaminases (blood enzymes) are extremely high (4 times the normal dose actually).
The doctor asked me why and I explained it was because of a special acne program.
He said that I should consider stopping this treatment cause it could toxic the liver soon.

Have some of you been in the same situation?
Of course I don't want to destroy my liver but I cannot think to come back to the pre-B5 facial state.
Basically I'm afraid to quit the treatement.

On this page

they explain a megadose of b5 can be switched to (b5 750 mg with 250 mg of L Carnitine)
which seems to make the same result.
Have some of you tried? Maybe that's the thing I need?

Thanks a lot for your help. I hope the b5 works on you all. Bless you

Did you find any solution with switching from B5 to L Carnitine?! How did things go? I intend to go on a megadose regimen, be it Zinc or B5 or both, so I would really love to hear more about it. Did you break out again after coming off the B5 cure? Is it ok to take a break after 4-5 months and then get back on it?! Thank you!!!

If you got a liver problem, take Milk Thistle. Don't forget to take fibbers too! Psylium Husks are the best!

How does L-carnitine work as a substitute for B5? And is it better to take them both?1 Is it too much if I mix with, say, 50g Zinc a day?! What results did you guys get?!
