so so so so so sad. i tried your suggestion, to try a little harder but just when i almost feel the ball is going in,felt thast the needles stampheads really slide all the way in the cap. and as i checked, there they are, the marks of the needles in the red cap. But the seller have been really really really good to me that he sent another kit.just hope that it going to be no prob anymore.

honestly for me it wasnt hard to put the needle head into the handle.. took me one good push in while holding the needle head from the sides to get it in.

DenD, I just got my kit in the mail and I have a couple questions for you.

In the instructions, it says for the "best results" one should use the Aloe Cleanser and A&C Serum 4 weeks prior to your first treatment. Did you do this? I plan on starting my treatment in one week's time, but do you think it would be beneficial for me to do so for a week? If so, can I use both lotions in conjunction with my Differin and Clindamycin medications, or would I have to stop the use of the medications all together?

Also, did you only use the 1.5 mm needle or did you use the 1.0 mm needle as well?

I have shallow scarring on my forehead, and some marks on my cheeks. So I was thinking about starting with just the 1.0 mm needle. What do you think?

Thanks, man.

Hm 1 week isn't that much so I think you shouldn't bother but that's just me. As said before, when I did this treatment, I didn't want to wait for another 4 weeks but if you can, more power to you.

You can still use the two lotion (if I'm correct, they're used to treat acne?) before applying on the aloe cleanse and A&C serum if you decide to put it on a week prior to treatment.

I did use the 1.0 mm at first to get that numbness inside my skin but that is not counted as a phrase, more like a pre treatment. For forehead, use 1.0 mm and for cheeks, use 1.5 mm no matter how shallow the scars are.

Thanks.

I was also wondering if you used the sterile saline solution that they recommended in the instructions......

DenD,

OK, I am starting my first treatment tomorrow and I just had a few questions about the instructions.....

I have both your instructions and the ones I received with the Package; I'm a little bit confused.

You said that as soon as you apply the KickStart, you immediately stamp with the 1.0mm in order for the cream to absorb....this was not in the original instructions so I wanted to clarify.

I am also wondering if your instructions are from personal experience or if you actually had a Divine Beauty representatives tell you them....

I know I'm asking a lot of questions, but I'm just a little nervous about tomorrow and I want to make sure I do everything right.

Thanks again.

sorry for the late reply, I haven't been checking this too much, been really busy at school and work.
I actually called them and they told me to stamp using the 1.0 mm after applying the cream. They probably said that because I did tell them I felt a lot of pain so if you are pain tolerate, you don't really need to do this step if you don't want to.

shoot.. i saw the pics.. i see almost no noticable improvement between your day 1 pic and
day 43 pics.. even after 3rd treatment.. no noticable improvement? gahh..
it's horrible.. man.. i am not trying to let you down but i just feel hopeless after seeing
your pics as i was going to try that kit you are using if dermarolling doesn't work for me.
so far, i just finished my 3rd 1.5mm dermarolling treatment. it's been 2.5 months since my first
treatment but i just didn't see any noticable improvement.. so today i just did
my 3rd one today and will wait 6 more weeks to see whether i get any improvement or not..
really.. 3 months of hard working and no noticable improvement? i am gonna feel horrible..
i feel like punching a holes or rolling a holes on your face would create similar effect..
just make your skin smoother when you wash your face and no cosmetic improvement
cuz that's what happened to me so far.. i am gonna stick with this till end of this year and
if i don't see any difference on my b4 and after pics, i am gonna look for something else.
hopefully you get better luck than me in coming up months.. =(

I disagree Shin, I think Den has made progress. And he is right, it all adds up. this is a very slow process.. Who said this was going to be easy or that in 3 months your scars would be drasticly improved?? I can see improvements from your pics..Stay focused and don't give up Shin.

And keep up the great work Den. smile.gif

So it's been about 3 months since my first stamp. I didn't do my 2nd treatment because I was breaking out (blaming it on the A&C Serum). I've been able to get the breakout under control (knock on wood) and have not had any new breakouts in the past 2 weeks or so. But I still have these red pigmentation from the post breakout.

Wondering if I should go ahead with the 2nd treatment and how it would affect the red marks.

All wasting your money but I bet the blond chick cashing in on this is smiling. Look closely there is no improvement whatsoever, its just the light shading and changes in the clolour of his skin that makes it appear that there is an improvement. eusa_naughty.gif

By the time you have purcahsed the product a few times to get the small changes you say you having each time you might as well just gone for surgery and had the real thing. Mate one of the the people on this blog works for the company that sells it and is leading you all on but hey don't listen to me..................

Honestly, this is one of the reasons why many people who try to help leave acne.org. Your criticism isnt helping. Really, this treatment is the same as dermarolling. Save yourself a bunch of money and just invest in a good roller, creams and vitamins instead. It's been 1 month since my first treatment and to tell the truth, I do have some improvement on my scars. It widened my scars and made them look shallower. But don't take my word by all means. There are alot of cynics on this site and I honestly don't know why I still check this site.
Anyways, I'll leave off this reply saying that just dermastamping is the same as rolling, just more expensive. Likewise, don't go off saying crap about a treatment until you used it for several months.

Its not even "debatable" that rolling/stamping with a 1.0/1.5 mm, if done properly,
will probably give you positive results. There is really no arguement at all. I've read
too many studies from researchers seeing good results doing this.

The ONLY arguement might be on a specific person, whether a sample of "one" is having
results. It is possible for certain individuals not to respond well. If a certain photo of
someone is/isn't showing results is very subjective, but doesn't take away from, lets
say 500 samples in a study getting good results (and a few not getting results).

Personally, I can't stand rolling, but I'm seeing steady results after doing this for
about 5 months. Actually I'm pretty happy with my results, so I am one of the one
responding well. I thought Den is getting positive results too.

i only did one treatment, but i incorporated LEDS into my treatment and i have seen good improvements thus far... im going to needle scars individually during the next treatment and continue using the LEDS and im sure i will continue to see improvements... like it has been said before, it is a very slow process but you will not get results overnight or over a period of 1-2 months... everyone responds different to different treatments.. the key is to remain positive, as this is the only promising treatment with the most logic for improvement behind it

you clearly do not understand. those were ICEPICK scars. they are turning into ROLLING scars, which are much more easier to deal with. to illustrate, here are some of CitizenPanda's pics, which show that his deeper scars has widened but in the process become less noticeable. but, by all means, continue with your cynicism. no1 here is forcing you do do anything about your scars, and by criticizing someone who actually is trying something is simply a reflection of your own insecurity
