No water, no cleansers, no scrubbing regimen

I already washed my face with yogurt today and manually exfoliating (sort of gently).
I put a moisturizer on Skin MD Natural.
I just really want to try this. I have tried it in the past and couldn't get past day 4 or 5.
I will update in a few days to let you know what's going on...
I might just apply moisturizer. Might.
Hopefully, God willing, this will work.

I mean I did the no washing thing but then I started to introduce water and I started scraping dead skin off more and more without leaving it there so I think my skin isn't finished healing.
It started off really great, too!
Haha ... Anyway ....
Day One Face Description:
* Last night I used a paper towel and bottle water and wiped my whole face (excluding my nose) and today I haven't done anything except pop a tiny pimple on my chin.
* I have a tiny pimples in certain areas all over my face. I can only see them when I am in shadow which really makes me insecure and angers me!!
* My forehead has A LOT of acne. I don't know why. It's making me angry.
* cyst between my eyes that is going away.
* Skin itching
That's basically it.

some pimples are healing fast. some are going away by themselves.
i really think when i started messing with my face too much again the little pimples started forming.
my forehead looks better but it's still extremely greasy.
my chin (area directly underneath my lip mostly) loves to flake! it's frustrating ...
i don't like it at all ....
the skin underneath my jaw has not broken out at all. when my skin was seriously damaged that area would get a few pimples here and there. now it doesn't get any.
Thank God
anyway .... will let you know what happens <3

I have learned that if you are at a more mature stage of this process you can use some emu oil or some other kind of oil known for not clogging pores ... just take the oil and rub it onto the dead skin and it will ball it up. It definitely helps with flakes and it isn't dehydrated or disrupting the skin in a bad way. Just don't rub too hard. Be gentle with it.
It's really helping with the anxiety I feel about looking really dirty in public. I am a girl ya know .... hahaha ...
So .... just try this if you have left your skin alone for a longer period of time. Probably not right at the beginning. Well, maybe you could try it at the beginning.
After you use your fingers to get the dead skin/flakes off, try using a paper towel and blotting some of the excess oil off of your face. Just to make sure you don't get any clogged pores and that it doesn't interfere too much with your face's natural oils.

I mean, my skin is heaps and bounds better than it used to be. HEAPS AND BOUNDS.
But there are still some problems.
The problems came from scraping the dead skin off prematurely. I also used acv, white vinegar, water, and even that stupid ambi exfoliating cleanser for a couple days on and off which I shouldn't have.
I haven't once let the dead skin stay on for about 28-30 days.
This time I'm going to try and do that.
My skin is still a bit dull and I have remnants of fine lines on my face that I don't like at all.
My skin isn't glowing enough and it's still lacking that inner glow that I want.
My nose is my main concern. It's much, much better but it still is kind of dull. I forced some dead skin off to impress a boy I liked. It was hard getting it off. While there was a glow from that first day, it died off after the second and third day. So I'm pretty sure I messed up the process again.
So, I'm starting over. Please pray for me to have strength and trustworthy friends and loved ones. HAHA. okay
I will try to update within a few days
I'm scared of the flakes that will, I am sure, occur on my chin area UGH!

i took the scab formation on it off and i did that very gently sooo... hopefully it's not like a big deal
i have a lot of white heads on my nose that i don't mind so much
no huge pimples on my forehead, my forehead looks pretty good
my cheeks do, too but there are some small little bumps here and there that i pray go down
i mean, i've done this regimen before so the pimples aren't really bad but i didn't do the regimen the right way
i have a lot of white heads on my chin/small sides underneath my cheek near chin
this is where i get the flake-age that i don't like
i also want to say i haven't been scratching my skin either
even though it has itched intensely
i have about 6-7 tiny spread out spots that concern me right now but i know theyll go away God willing
oh and i have been taking nature's code vitamin supplements for women under 50
and some lutein supplements/eating carrots/eating spinach/eating kale
i've been drinking water
that's about all i can say right now
they say lutein increases skin hydration, lipids, elasticity etc. etc.
must be over 10 mg though soooo hope this helps

i have some tiny spots that i am worried about .... like 5
this is day 5!
this morning some of the flakes were obvious on my chin and the small areas near my chin
and a little bit by my mouth sooo ... i tried EXTREMELY gently pushing some off with my nails, a q-tip, whatever i could find to get them off (maybe you guys could try some tweezers on some very noticeable ones) and i dabbed a VERY VERY tiny amount of sweet almond oil on those areas i mentioned
oh and i was drinking water from a fountain and a small amount lightly hit the side of my face/chin MEH :/
i have no idea how this will affect the process, God willing, not very much
i'm still taking lutein, eating spinach (salad form which isn't very much lutein but hey! i like raw spinach), and i'm taking my multivitamin
my skin itches sometimes, not immensely because i'm not touching much like at all
my eyes do burn LOL from time to time which is dangerous because i drive
i get cysts and they practically go away overnight etc. etc.
and if anyone wants to know i am African American soooo.... yeah
i don't get a ton of red spots but i do get hyperpigmentation which i don't have a lot of just small traces here and there that have been there for couple years but hey hopefully they'll fade
i also have freckles on my cheeks so, i don't think those will ever go away

I think I might be getting impetigo, though. There's this rash-like crust on my cheek. I will try to put vinger on that one spot only, to see what happens. It hasn't spread. it's just this one circle on my cheek and I think it needs to go.
and i still have flakes on part of my chin and sides of my mouth.
i have dead skin on my forehead and nose that isn't flakey.
the rest of my face doesn't seem to be building up a lot of dead skin.
i don't know why :/
okay i just want to add that i put a tiny tiny tiny dap of acv on the patch
i put a small amount of sweet almond oil on the flakes of my chin/mouth/small part near my nose to make them less noticeable
k bye <3

i think i was breaking out like crazy on my forehead last time because i kept scratching up there with either my finger or an object. i stopped this time.
my nose looks a bit crusty and certain parts around it.
some parts i accidentally scratched off in the middle of the night. i don't know what my little brain was going through during those moments. i dont know whether i was awake or asleep. i think i was half and half.
okay... so... yess <3

I don't know if it happened while I was sleep or what but they were gone.
I ended up trying to take some of the dead skin off and it just interrupted the rest making things more noticeable so I just took most of it off.
What I see now is red/pinkish skin. Kind of lumpy. My fine lines have gone down dramatically.
I mean, I have done this before but they came back because I started using cleansers and stuff again. This time I just used my natural ol' fingers.
I did this because I am going on a "date" today and I was very nervous about rejection. To be honest I shouldn't care.
I still have some dead skin on my nose that hopefully isn't too noticeable.
If he doesn't like me, oh well, there will be other guys who will reap the benefits of seeing my healthy skin? Right? LOL! Just kidding <3 God willing, everything will be okay.
I will restart my cheeks and chin tomorrow <3
Much love

The skin where the dead skin isn't is glowing. It looks nice and healthy.
This is after spending a whole day at work and sweating in my car. Hahaha.
I have a cyst between my eyes near my forehead.
I'll let you know what happens with that *rolls eyes*
Oh and I might stop taking those multivitamins.
I just want to take 1000 mg of vit c, 2000 mg glucosamine+msm mix, and the 12 mg (two 6 mg pills) lutein supplements. Everything else seems very complicated and quit the nuisance.

Day 8:
My face looks fine right now.
It's pretty clear. The glow I had yesterday is still there. I would say 90-4% still there.
I had some dead skin pieces on my forehead that I just simply and gently lifted off with my finger. Then I have some patches that are stuck near my eyebrows. I will leave that alone until it goes away by itself since they aren't easily lifting off.
My nose still has a patch of dead skin that isn't so noticeable to me.
I forgot to take glucosamine/msm at the end of the day :/
So I shall take it now
<3
Oh and that cyst is still there from between my eyes but it doesn't hurt as much ...
so I think it's going away.

my glow is diminishing but i'm sure it's due to the dead skin coming back. meh.
my nose is still going strong.
not much difference to it.
um, yeeeeah, i will update when something magical happens

um my forehead has little remnants of deadskin but it like easily comes off. it's not something i forced off it just easily comes off by touching it very gently so yeah, i dont know what that means.
my places near my temples, ears, jaw, underneath my jaw do not flake. the skin around my eyes don't flake either. i wonder why :/
um, dead skin hasn't built up so much on the places i rubbed off.
tiny spots spread out in certain areas.
the cyst between my eyes is gone! it came to a head and i just squeezed it and it easily came out. no need to put extra pressure or nothing.
cysts between my eyes, when i'm washing, never come to head in a couple days and they surely don't go away in a couple days. they last for a week to two weeks. so yay.
