ok go to ur doctor and ask him/her for salex, IT WORKS SSSOO good on my Keratosis Pilaris, and he gave me like 10 sample tubes so im happy.

Hi, I have this problem but less fequently now. Have you tried popping them? Does it put out a lot of pus?
Do they keep coming back in the same spot? If so, they could be what's called a Pilonidal Cyst. Scrubs can typically irritate the skin and surrounding area of the infected spot. I say keep it clean and try using Natural vitamin E and massage it into the skin for a few weeks. It takes care of my problems. I hope this helps!

I have the same thing right now. I have a painful cyst on my right butt cheek. Every time I sit down it hurts. I had one before in the same spot and I got that lanced. My doctor did not tell that they could be treated with heat. 
If I knew that I would have opted for that instead. The one I got lanced was about the size of a quarter. I do not recommend the lancing procedure. Also, pretty, not sure if this helps but I got the one that need to be lanced shortly after I got off acutane. Maybe there is some sort of connection? I know acutane is one of the harshest treatments for acme(how it affects the blood). Anyways, does anyone know if the heat treatments is something I can do or do I need to see a doctor? If I need to see a doctor, I much rather just wait for the cyst to go away. Doctors bills are expensive where I live.

I had a HUGE one on my butt that I'd picked at a bit and I used acnescript Spotscript SOS on it and it was maybe 1/4 left in the morning. Hit it a couple more times that day and it was gone

I use to get small spots there once in a while. I just lightly exfoliate with a pumice stone every couple days. It keeps them away.
