For me, there was no IB. I did ask the doc to give me 2 weeks of antibiotics though.
I had improvements right away. Now, i only get a tiny pimple once a month or sth. so, good luck

I didn't have one either. I started at 25mg for 2 weeks, then 50mg for a few weeks and now 100mg and never had a breakout from it.
I was scared too, trust me...but thankfully I never got one. I think it's safe to say that more ppl don't have an IB than ppl that do, if that helps.
