I don't know, but you mentioned you use Dove, and Dove really wasn't helping my body breakouts at all. I switched to Phisoderm Body Wash and it does contain Saliciylic (sp?) acid in it. It's helped a little, but I'm seeing a derm on Monday to help with the problem. The Phisoderm helped with the back and chest a little bit, but stopping the Dove I was using I noticed made a difference.

Wash your neck area 2/3 times in a day. Apply, mixture of lemon juice and honey on the affected area for 20/30 minutes. It will help you.

In reply to the above post, i wouldn't recommend using lemon on your neck, honey is quite good but lemon is a skin irritant and the skin on your neck is even more sensitive than on your face...just a suggestion
