Hi, I just found this page today. Looked interesting so I joined. I'm not a guru on acne, but I do know that for years I was using products to fight my acne when finally i put two and two together and realized that simply had food allergies. Now i know what causes my skin to break out i just simply avoid those items. if anyone would like more info on my situation, write me. ciao.
