Okay so a week ago I had this huge zit on my nose and popped it. I accidentally put neosporin on it when I meant to put my SkinID acne spot treatemant, (the containers look the same) and I dedcided to leave it on. The next day the huge zit on my nose looked like I popped it a few weeks ago, like it was starting to heal. Weird right? Well, so afterwards I used it as a spot treatment and I noticed how it greatly reduced the size of a lot of my pimples that havened disappeared yet and it works great for acne that has just been popped. (I dont pop or pick my face, but only when the pimple won't go away) Is there anyone who has had the same experience? Also is there any side effects for using this? I only did this for about five days and stopped because I was afraid this might be bad.
Does neosporin work on acne?

Yes, I use the neosporin cream and its great to put on popped pimples to heal them faster. However, it should not be used more than a few days in row so that the bacteria doesn't build up a resistance to it. Use it, but use it with moderation.

neosporin is used to help heal cuts so it will help heal popped acne and it keeps germs out
