After finding out negative side effects about birth control, i was thinking why does birth control help anyways. So i figured it had to do something with hormonal balance. I thought maybe a natural product like Estroven might work. Does anyone have any insight?

Hello there and welcome to the org! I've never been on birth control but I have heard of it helping out, especially if your acne is hormonal. If your acne is cause by other factors, it may not be the solution you are looking for.

Estrotone works good for me! It's a herbal hormonal pill. Look into it! eusa_angel.gif

If you believe your problem is hormonal then you may want to have your hormone levels checked to make sure you aren't going to make an existing problem worse. I just hope you have insurance because it's not cheap.
It will run a couple of hundred dollars at least.
I use progesterone and it helps level my moods and keeps me from getting to anxious when I'm stressed but it does nothing for my skin at all.
