putting this stuff on my face is getting easier and easier as time goes on .
well , i did drink quite a bit last night , and now my skin isn't looking very nice (N)

i did pop quite a few whiteheads last night and then applied the urine to them , it definitely is one of the better substances to use as a disinfectant because most of the spots are healed / not coming back aggressively .
anyways , i'm not really sure if its helping my skin it out right now , but my skin definitely feels really fresh after i rinse the urine off and apply moisturizer .
i just have a few more whiteheads sprouting , but this is natural .
i'm going to try to get more exercise too because i just want it and i need to start sweating because i notice that my skin tends to get worse in the winter months and gets better when the weather is warmer ..
anyways things seem to be going okay , ill be back tomorrow .
