Everything in that book is pretty helpful (except the enema of course)l, but not a complete solution. Everyones body is different, but like I said that little books is a great start.

i'm on proactiv for years as well. it never completely works for me but i couldn't find anything better. i just found this site. it seems awesome. dan seems to really care about his products and they are a lot cheaper. i wish i found this site a few days earlier as my newest 3-piece proactiv kit just arrived so i can't afford to ditch them. i will have to wait til i finish them before i try acne.org products. altho i did just order th AHA+ as i'm dying to find a spot treatment that works. also the proactiv repair lotion also has 2.5% BP so i think i might just apply a lot more than i used to after watching dan's video.

Proactiv actually irritates the skin, it will seriously make things worse. It is like smearing acne on your acne because you paid for it, who cares if you paid for it, it is going to make things worse.

It relies on 3 main ingredients, which really dry and irritate the skin, and really make acne go mad. Stop using it immediately.

Welcome btw smile.gif

I have sensitive skin too and I would advise against anything that has anything harsh in it. I've found that a cleanser with salicylic acid works best. Just be careful about the concentration. It can sting. When you use a moisterizer find one that doesn't turn you into a greaseball.
I've been fighting acne for nearly 14 years but don't give up!

I'm trying the regimen and I'll see if it works.
