I am a grade 12 highschool student.
I've had minimal acne on my face around the nose and on my forehead(barely any)
My face is completely clear right now and has been like this since a year ago.
but DAMN.. I've had SEVERE acne on my chest starting grade 9 and on my back starting grade 11. when i say severe, i mean SEVERE.. its completely red and there are many bumps; it scares me.
The acne started crawling higher up my collar around grade 11, and i realized that i had to wear smaller shirts with tighter neck sizes. I started to work out so i can wear those muscle shirts, and I have to say, I look awesome smile.gif
But of course, my acne is still hidden under my shirt and not getting any better.
The only people who has seen it are my parents and my sister.
I've had a couple of relationships but because of my acne, I've been reluctant in making any serious moves... the girls would get bored and lose interest. I simply cannot take off my shirt. It's dragging me down man.
I am about to get a blood test to see if I should go on Accutane.
A little afraid of the side effects, but to get rid of my acne on my chest? I think it's worth to take a chance.
I have a few questions though:
1) Can I still workout while taking Accutane?
2) As for moisturizers, I have "ACNE DEFENSE LOTION" from Neutrogena, but Doc said i should stop using ALL products? what should I use to moisturize my skin/lips?
3) speaking of lips, I'm using a regular chapstick right now. Will it suffice?

THANKS TO ALL .. Good luck with defeating acne! rawr.
