I never had this problem before. It hurts mentally and physically. I avoid looking at myself in mirrors and I never turn on the light in the bathroom...i leave the night light on. I just want my skin back it hurts. cry.gif

yea ash marie this site is great because you can relate to others and get support and advice. When your broken out looking in the mirror is not fun. pretty much everything sucks when you have a break out. and I'm the same way, when i'm broken out I just use dim lights so i dont have to notice all the redness and zitz wacko.gif

I think EVERY person with a skin condition feels insecure in light and around mirrors.
Including me. You're not alone
