Green and red peppers steamed with cold-pressed unrefined flax (I know the family who makes it) oil
Baked zucchini and egg casserole with tomato paste and salt
mint tea and licorice tea
I want chocolate!

I don't know how you people can handle these crazy no-dairy/anti-candida/no-sugar/vegan/air-only diets. I'd go crazy.

That's what I'm sayin! I can't lift for shit while on this diet. I just eat what I want.. but I do take fish oil pills (10+) and 2 vegetable filled smoothies a day.

Well, I do it by not eating a 'crazy' diet. I eat a good diet of real food. Why don't you try that?

ANYWAY, sorry for my ramblings.
I wake up at 4:15 now to do P90X so it's a long day!
After I worked out I ate 2 eggs (one yolk, one white) on mutligrain toast
Snack: Fruit Smoothie (organic plain fat free yogurt, a few sliced almonds, 1/4 of an orange, 1/2 of a banana, 1 kiwi)
Lunch: 3 left over Shake N' Bake Chicken tenders from last night
Snack: Carrott/Apple juice that I juiced this morning
I am still hungry though, as you can see lunch wasn't much because I didn't have time to get something to go with my chicken and I am still devising meal plans for healthy chicken dishes and snacks. I'll be going shopping this weekend. I have a good Chicken Strawberry Salad and Greek Chicken salad I want to try. Both with yummy homemade dressing.

you gotta work on it sugaraddiction..willpower may not just happen over night..but you take small steps moving forward and little by little its not even a matter of will power anymore...you end up enjoying the healthier lifestyle.. I know a chef who is also a natural bodybuilder..he likes to talk about all the ways you can transform your meals..turning foods you enjoy but are unhealthy into healthy foods..for example..do you like pizza?? well make a home made pizza on wholewheat crust, use cottage cheese for the cheese with sauce..add some garlic or whatever..its delicious!!!
point I'm making is you can still enjoy food..diet is the wrong word..its just about making healthy choices..rather then a fattening hamburger on a white bun..a burger made with lean ground meat or ground turkey on a whole wheat bun..instead of white rice, brown rice..its simple little changes like this..
dont envy people who eat healthy..join them..be apart of it..forums like this are great to get support and inspiration to help you achieve your goals..and in return you can inspire others..it will be one of the best decisions you ever made in your life..every area of your life will improve. nothing feels more satisfying then overcoming and proving to yourself you can do something you felt you could not do...hope this helps a bit.

My diet's fine as is. I'm not super-strict about things, but I still manage eat relatively healthily without having to deny myself the things I enjoy.
Damn you! I'm so jealous! I ordered two boxes of Samoas at the end of January and they're still not here. I'm beginning to think that I was ripped off by a Girl Scout!
