Hi everyone,
I'm at my wits end and have pretty high hopes for Dan's regimen. However, I like to work out in the evenings during the week and in the morning on weekends, but I've never known exactly what my skin needs before and after, so I just wing it. From the look of my skin, I'm on the wrong wing. Does anyone have any advice?

Thanks! Nice to meet all of you smile.gif

Hey man, welcome. From my experience, exercise has nothing to do with acne. Now that's just me though. If you get more involved in your fitness, stay away from supplement drinks that you need to take with milk. That was my major acne problem for my fitness routine.

Just my two cents. Again, welcome!

Thanks guys. Yeah featherglass, I don't know about the 'going about my day' either, though it would fit my schedule better. I guess I'll just have to trial & error it.

yeah, it's all about trial and error. When i stopped drinking milk, i noticed that my acne did get somewhat better. Milk is often recommended to drink while working out becuase of its protein, so maybe it would help if you cut that out of your diet. You will hear TONS of different responses when you ask people if diet effects your acne, and from some personal experience i know that diet plays a primary role in working out. I just heard from reading these forums that whey is bad for you also, but i really have no idea so i don't want to talk on stuff i am not sure of. After you workout, take a shower asap because you don't want all the sweat staying on your skin (wow i am so blank can't even come up with words, sorry man). And i am sure you have heard this before, but drinking a lot of water has been known to help for some people because it cleanses your system. Good luck this man. And again, you can't really take one persons advice on food because it's different for everyone
