Im new to this all.... im 16 and have sever acne and i dont know what to do!!! if you can help that would be great!!!

ok men...
1.buy neutrogena on-the-spot treatment
2.buy acne wash
3.and buy a good cream for hidratation
apply on-the-spot before sleep,on the affected area....and the other day wash your face with acne wash....and them apply the hidratation

get a blue/right light acne lamp - there's a section on in on this website.

Try using acne free severe. It worked really well for me. Results in the first few days and its only about 25 dollars for a months supply.
