Hi all.
I have problems with acne... mild acne. i have been at the doctor and got 2 or three supplies that doesn't help, and i hate my face, becouse of this acne...
Iam from Sweden, so we dont have the same supplies. but i know i use a supplie with the name: Basiron 5%. it contains bensoylperoxid like u use. This i use on the morning after i have washed my face with soap and water... then i use a moisturiser, (sorry if i spell wrong.) and then before i go to bed i use a supplie named: Differin. It contains: adapalene. im in the first week, and my question is, can i use this supplies i have, and follow this guide at this site? please help me, have have had acne for 3-4 years now... its no fun and u all know it im very thankfull for answers! =) (and sorry for my super bad english....) thank you all guys. im 17 years old btw.. i do understand english very well, but i cant spell so well haha.
