Hey! I'm Emma. I'm here to share my story as I go on Accutane. Welllll this is my second run with acne. I had pretty severe acne from grade 5-7. By grade 8 my skin completely cleared up and I figured I had outgrown my acne. But out of no where, my freshman year of high school, my acne started flaring up again worse than before. I've tried everything for the past two years with no success. I start Accutane on the 19th and I can't wait. I know I shouldn't get my hopes up, but at this point, I'm desperate. Pray for me!!

Hey Emma!

I started accutane last month... I also pray that clear skin is right around the corner. Do you know what dosage you are starting on?

Also... you can check out the accutane logs under the personal log forum to see how others are dealing with accutane. You can even start your own log to track your progress.

wow! I am sooo excited for you! i hope it works! I want to try it so bad! I'm at college now, but when i go home for the summer. I am going back to the dermatologist and i'm going to beg for accutane. I don't care how mild he thinks my acne is. I want it gone. ended. forever. and i will try anything.

Aw thanks everyone. I have no idea what dosage I'm starting on, thats what I'm kinda nervous about. I keep hearing things about doses that are too low and not working. I hope my dosage is high enough
