What's up guys! My name's Loochi and I recently stumbled across this forum when I was feeling a bit down.

I used to have severe acne until I had enough and decided to go on the accutane. Results were terrific but it left red marks and some scars. Up until this day I still feel self conscious about them and I think that's only normal since no body really wants to have acne,or worse the scars whether you are a male or a female.

I'm glad that I am now apart of this community and hopefully will share some of my experiences..

wow! I think your face looks great! I am new to all of this. I am 20 years old and I just started getting acne six months ago. I am so discouraged and I don't know what to do. I am on tetracycline twice a day. Everyone always says that they can't even notice it...but I am wearing good make up. So ..maybe mine is moderate or mild? I don't know. But I do know that I have had clear skin my whole life up until now and it is making me feel sooo awful about myself. I just don't want to never get married. or always feel gross about myself. When I always felt pretty before. I wish someone could tell me how long this is going to last. I'm wondering if a dermatologist would put me on accutane. I don't know if he will tho because my acne is not terrible. ( i mean, its terirble to me..)...but...prob not to anyone else. Does it have to be really bad for him to give me accutane? Or..does accutane even cure mild/moderate acne?..my skin is really dry...so..I just don't know.....?
