Hey!! I'm Ella...lets see...
- I'm 13
- I'm in 8th grade
- I'm not really sure if I have acne, I just know that I have frustrating big red pimples all over my forehead and some on my temples
- If I did have acne I suppose it would be moderate...but I would still be incredibly happy to have nice clear skin
- I'm hoping to get the bp stuff from this site pretty soon, although I'd prefer the whole kit, I'm kind of broke. As it is I'm going to be using the money I would have used to buy a dress for my winter dance to buy the bp (I already have 2 really pretty dresses that I can wear, so it's not a huge sacrifice)
- I love theater, acting, singing, and dance. Once my teeth are fixed (I have braces) and my skin clears up, I might try to model
- That's about all whistling.gif)

Anyway, I found this site randomly and it looked pretty interesting. I really like the fact that there's a whole forum to answer questions about the regimen. It seems like it has worked for a lot of people and it's pretty inexpensive compared to some other acne products, so I thought I'd try it. I haven't tried many acne products, but I have some friends who have tried pretty much all of them with no success. Wish me luck!

Good Luck with BP!! Did you try asking your parents if they would buy the whole regimen for you?

I tried...I asked my mom a couple of times, but she thinks I'm obsessed with my skin b/c I'm always trying to find a way to clear it up, so she said no. I do have some really good cleansers and moisturizers at home, though, so I'm hoping that it'll be ok.

Well good luck with what ever you try...just do some research on some of the forums and try and find exactly what may be causing your acne. My guess would be hormonal issues since, you are so young. But the people on here are very helpful and you just may find your cure. smile.gif

Don't worry this site is not a scam hehe

I would do as Tiny Tot has mentioned. Also, I would try out the regimen. All you need is a mild cleanser, BP (benzoyl peroxide), and a moisturizer. Follow the instructions Dan has set and be patient!

Good luck!!

Thanks you guys! This might not be the place to ask, but if it is just hormones (which I'm guessing it is) how would I deal with it?

There's a section in the forums about hormones and acne and hormonal treatments ( http://www.acne.org/messageboard/Hormonal-...s-Spir-f51.html )

Seems like Spiro is a good choice out there:) ... My girlfriend is taking spiro and she has seen some really great results!
