I don't know when I started getting it but I am having an acne problem... on a part of my body. I am not nor have I ever been sexually active. Nothing. Ever. I know it's not an STD. I use Noxima pads on my face, can I use them on my penis? What if it's not acne? HELP PLEASE!!
