So I'm a female in my mid-twenties with no major health problems. I take a multivitamin and am thinking about starting to take extra calcium. I think I have my bases covered with that, but I just wanted to see if there was anything else I should be taking to prevent problems in the future. What is your daily vitamin regimen, and why do you take what you take?

400MG Alpha Lipoic Acid
50MG Zinc
2000MG Vitamin C
400 IU Vitamin E
10000 IU Vitamin A (Cod Liver Oil)
1000MG Calcium
800 IU Vitamin D
2 B-Complex50
400mcg Chromium Picolinate
Think I got the numbers right. This is spread throughout the day. I don't eat dairy and winter months up north are brutal so that is why the Calcium/Vitamin D. I just recently started all these amounts/pills but I've had only positive effects so far. I don't expect to see any miracle clears, hopefully within a few months my skin is better. If it works out I'll be sure to post a thread by itself. I hate taking all these pills yet I don't think it hurts. If I'm killing myself with all these pills someone please tell me hah.

I definitely think it is beneficial. I don't do it just for my skin (although that is a big reason). I take all this stuff to help my heart and other organs. Hopefully I am also slowing down the aging process. These supplements should also be beneficial since I am trying to gain muscle by weight lifting. In the end, I definitely think these help my body in some way and that is why I take them.
