i'm wondering if there is any natural supplements to help with hormonal acne? i'm terrified to come off the pill because i know my skin will blow, but my boyfriend and i are hoping to have children sometime soon.

is there any natual vitamins or supplements or ANYTHING out there to help w/hormonal acne so i can get myself off bcp?

Yes. Everything that improves glucose metabolism, digestion, inflammation, circulation, liver function and adrenal function. In other words, good nutrition. And sleep and exercise.

You could look into things diabetics are advised to do/take. Off the top of my head, chromium and alpha lipoic acid and omega 3s. But exercise helps the most. C is good for the adrenals, along with proper sleep and stress management. Zinc and b-complex for reasons to numerous to keep track of.

Sugar and hydrogenated fats, and anything you have an intolerance for are the most inflammatory foods. Fruits, veggies and omega 3 fats are the most anti-inflammatory. Anything high in anti-oxidents.
