Hello. I'm 20 years old and I had and have acne. First, i had acne last year in january and till june I was all cured. I took Omega Complex(omega3+6+9) suplement and used Brevoxyl in the morning and Retin A in the evening. BUT, last year in december, acne again and i still have it. So i'm taking again omega complex suplement. Oh, and I added Zinc to my suplements.

I have a little doubt regarding the acne.org regimen, i'm thinking of ordering a kit though.

LAST TIME, I took omega complex for 5 months(feb-june). Now, i started taking them last month...so I don't know what to do....wait and see if my acne goes away with omega complex or order the acne.org kit.

btw. brevoxyl i used contains benzoyl peroxide(4%).
