I love Perfect Complexion's products. Their 18% salicylic acid roller completely obliterates pimples. Their TCA is fairly mild and easy to control. I just spoke with Julie and am making plans to travel to Maryland for a treatment.

Yeah I heard about the 18% salicylic acid and how quickly it works. Anywhere from hours to days! When I first heard about how high that % was it kinda scared me but I heard a friend of a friend who tried it and likes it. :-s

I tried it and hated it! And it broke me out. How's that?
Her 18% salicylic acid stick burned me.

Imbue:
Did the burn leave a scar? Did you just dot it on just once?
I have a bad breakout right now and have a sample of this stuff, but I'm hesitant to use it if it's going to cause new scars.
thanks,
hols

18% does sound like a lot. My skin is super thick anyways. I've yet to try anything past the 2% though. 8-[

If you overdo it with the 18%, it will leave a temporary red mark. You have to go easy with it. Certain parts of my face are more sensitive to it than other parts.
