I have used lactic peel 40% for the last one year(once a month). Everytime I got burning and redness on my face ter leaving for 10 minutes. I tried TCA(12%) twice for the last month. Last night, I used lactic and did not feel anything at all even I left on for half hour!!!
What does it mean? Does it mean my face no long respond to lactic 40% because of TCA? Do I need a stronger lactic? Is it good to get stronger acid ?

I do not get any burning and redness when I use lactic peel. Not everyone experiences burning and redness when they use it. Perhaps your skin has become accustomed to peels because you have been consistent in your usage of them. I would continue to use the lactic acid, and see if you still have good results. If not, then go to a higher percentage of lactic acid.
