Is there a way to restore the thickness of the skin after it has been damaged by vitamin A for example. I got a couple of new scarrred pores and I was hoping that there is something I could do to get my skin to heal the way it used to pre-vit A? PLEASE HELP!....

Someone mentioned that coconut chips seemed to be making her skin thicker. I looked for them at Whole Foods but didn't find them there though, so am not sure where you would get them.

Thanks! Unfortunately I don't think we have Clark's up here in Oregon, lol, so I may have to just go for the shreds (although I'd prefer the chips).

And thank-you edefield for that information about the shreds and being only toasted with nothing added. I didn't realise the coconut chips were that pure.
