ok girls i'm desperate here, i have painful nodular acne, but i'm not really oily, i think my acne is hormonal cause it's mostly on my chin. i was on diane and i suppose i noticed a reduction in how many nodules i would get monthly, but not really sure if it worked as well as it should. please share, especially if you've tried both. also i'm scared of the initial breakout from spiro, how can this be avoided, if any of you have?
