Actually a couple of questions. Are these rolling scars? I had an outbreak of acne about 1.5 years ago because of a medicine I was on. It left scars. I still have active acne but not bad. I really don't want to take a chance at surgery or something that could make it worse. I have sensitive skin (I had Retin-A once for other marks and it made my legs hurt extremely bad).

Could anyone please, please tell me what you guys think would be a good treatment for these scars? They do bother me, even though people claim they can't see them. Am I best to forget about them or is there anything that you think could be done? I know I should see a derm. again and I will. But I thought maybe you guys might've had similar problems and would know what might work. I would really appreciate any advice.

-Cari.

Cari: The lighting/angle/closeness of the photo you provided doesn't really show your scarring well enough for me to determine what it is. You might take a look at the FAQ thread -- it's got pictures of scarring in it and that might help you determine what type they are.

If they are rolling scars, I'd suggest you look into:
- subcision/N-Lite
- Needling
