sebum plugs from the neck

Okay, i've been dealing with neck acne for a while. Actually, 90% of all my acne is on my neck. Whiteheads, pustules, and fucking cysts.. and my neck is COVERED with them. Before i had like 20-25 "active" pustules and cysts on my neck, but now it's down to like a couple of cysts and some pustules and i attribute that to cutting out dairy and soy.

Anyway, to cut to the chase, even though i'm slowly clearing up, i still get sebum plugs from my neck. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm talking about the thin areas of the neck like around the adam's apple.

I don't understand why i get acne mostly on my neck. It's really strange.

i get those plugs too. and then try to push them out before they erupt, but then they just get irritated and erupt more largely anyway
