Hey, I know everyone reacts differently to birth control, but I have been on ortho tri cyclen lo for over 2 years now. At first, it worked wonders for my skin! But recently I started breaking out again...and it just won't go away. I am thinking of switching birth control. Perhaps to regular orth tri cyclen or yaz?! I was wondering what people thought about them and their experiences...I know everyone is different...but do Yaz and Ortho usually work on different people?

From what I've seen Yaz either clears skin perfectly or makes it 1000 times worse. In my case, it cleared my skin minimally but then made my acne waaaaay worse in like the 4th month. Ortho tri-cyclen (both Lo and regular) worked wonders on my skin, but it gave me month long periods so I had to stop taking it.
You might want to try switching to regular Ortho first, since the Lo worked for you for so long. However, if that doesn't work after a few months, then give Yaz a try. You might be one of those people that responds well to it.
