Of course every area to get a pimple on is horrible but the WORST place ever is the NOSE! I have a huge one right now and I'm trying to wear my hat as low as possible to cast a shadow on it. Ick. And from experience it takes about 2 weeks before it goes away.

Tell me about it! My first major breakout was on my nose about four years ago. It was dead smack in the middle of it and the biggest pimple I've even saw! Horrible! To this day, I still have a weird scar from it.

I think the worst to get it is around the lips because they hurt when you talk or smile and idiots always start making herpes jokes.

When I first started to get cystic acne, I had this really huge zit under my eye and I could literally see it when I looked down, it was so embarassing. A few guys at work (I work at a construction company) asked me if I got into a fight and another dude accused my BF at the time of abusing me. Nice right?

I understand how you feel. My first cystic pimple was on the nose. It wasnt even that big but everyone could notice it. I felt so embaressed because people keep on saying "shit wtf is that" etc. Second worst place to get pimple is between the eyes. I get a cystic pimple between my eyes every year and when I get it i wish i could just stay home until it is gone.

i have really bad hormonal acne.. and it's so werid because i have NOTHING ON MY NOSE lol my nose is clear.. but the rest of my face is a disaster!!

& i have never have cystic acne.. but i think i have one cyst on my face.. and it's right under my eye.. i see it all the time.. and it just remindes me!! it's hard enough trying to aviod mirrors.. no need for that anymore i see it every moment!!!!! uhg.. i hate acne!

haha i would have to agree that noses are the worst!, i freak out when i feel a nose pimple forming

idk if its just me but i hATE getting them on my cheeks :/ and in between my eyes , nose, chin, but the worst is around the MOUTH !!!!!!!!! it looks sick and then since i have braces people tend to look at my mom when i talk . :/ but i think its cus i tend to play with my lips/mouth when im nervouse and i guess my hands must be real dirty but i cant help it. lol

Right now, the worst place is under right between my eye brows. I have FOUR zits RIGHT SMACK DAB IN THE MIDDLE running in a straight line! It looks like it's connecting my eye brows T__T There, and the nose, definitely. The problem with lip ones is they hurt REALLY bad...

The mouth is the worst and lucky me thats the only place I get ance is around my effing mouth, its worse when you get them right on the edge of the lip!

For me its all worst, i hate them all!!

But the worst one i had was this whooping thing i had on my nose, i always turned my head to people so that the spot was on the side on the nose they couldn't see. I didn't help that i keep touching it either because it just kept getting infected.

I remember one time I was at work, and my crotch started itching. It was itching all day and I couldn't scratch it at all. When I went home, I found a pimple on my skin down there. (Just to clarify, it WAS NOT on any reproductive parts)

i believe it was at the start of my senior year on high school when i gt this horrendously huge wart-like atrocity right at the tip of my nose. and it took so long to go away too! i was beginning to think it was a wart. ehh that would prove to be the worst year my face ever had...

Yeah, the worst place to get a mjor pimple is on the nose. It stays for a pretty long time.

i have never ever gotten a pimple on my nose. i've had them in my ears, but not my nose!

i hate the cheeks the worst

I don't mind forehead acne that much...and my bacne doesn't phase me one bit.
