I'm on my seconds perfect complexion tca complex peel. After my first one I noticed what kind of looked like a scar I didn't think I had, or one shallow one that became more noticable from the peel.

Has anyone had an experience where they finished peeling and saw new slight scarring?

Because we don't know exactly what's in it.....she won't disclose the ingredients. I haven't noticed any new scarring with the bottle I have.....but I did get additional hyperpigmentation when I did not moisturize after application.

No new scarring for me either, but LOTS of hyper-pigmentation. Especially along my jawline where the peeling was really slow. I have ugly brown blotches and small rash-like bumps where I massaged with jojoba oil to get off the flakes. Shudder to think what I would have looked like if I'd used the micro-crystals sad.gif Second time I used TCA I got hyperpigmentation even though I didnt do anything to speed up the peeling.

Im really upset with all the TCA vendors who say it is safe for dark-skinned people. It isnt, it is much more risky and likely to cause hyper-pigmentation than glycolic acid.

I didnt notice any improvement in my scars, but to be fair I used the TCA only twice.

No new scars for me, but it does make existing scars, even tiny ones, more noticeable for about a week.

If you haven't peeled much in the past, you will find that there may be scars under your unexfoliated skin ... so you exfoliate and then reveal the real scars from under the gunge. Sad, but true.

I think you need to go to a professional and possibly do the blue peel which is more controled.

I didn't get no indented scars from using it. I did get temporary brown hyperpigmentation that looked spotty. I thought it burned my skin but it turned out it didn't. The brown spots were peeled off or washed off a few days later. Before using the TCA, a few days earlier I did a lactic acid 85. The lactic acid 85 gave me the spotty dark brown spots too. Those were peeled off as well.

HI guys.. After doing a three day peel approxmiately 3 weeks back.. My Skin from the TCA complex is still very very pink.. I dont think its hyperpigmentation because the skin is simply very pink and seems to be slowly fading away.. But i never have had a problem with my skin being so pink from a peel.. Hopefully i have nothing to worry about..

I also have some dark red circles around my eyes that have just recently started peeling.. Its kind of strange because i peeled this area going on 3 weeks ago..I hope all is well for everyone
