Hey guys, my skin these days feels pretty smooth now, but on the surface there are islands of redness all over my face. Is this scarring? Can't really tell from the FAQ.

If your skin is smooth than you don't have scars, just redness. Consider trying lactic acid peels, start off with 40% and see how you react to it. Don't start with a high acid level because it can cause dmamage if you don't react to well. I know we are all in a hurry, but you can't be with skin, it has it's own time.
Makeup artist choice s agood place for it.
Use sunblock and wear a hat when doing peels.

Congratulations on a great improvment leonidas! =D> How about some updated pics?
I agree, peels would be a good thing for you, just so long as your skin isn't too irritated as it is right now. Look into doing vinegar as well.

Hmm ok I'll be looking into the peels. How did the TCA complex finally work out for you? Can lactic acid be aquired at any health store? Any particular brand of sunblock?
Heh, I wouldn't exactly say a great improvment. My forehead is still breaking out from something. It's driving me nuts. I think that garlic method helps out a lot though. I posted a new pic on the site. Thanks.

I loved the results of the TCA complex. It made my face really even and smooth. It also lightened up my brown (red) marks too. I'm going to do a heavy application in about a week. My last application was kinda uneven and rather light...for my thick skin that is.
As for the lactic acid peels...I hear lots of good things about puredeming. That's about all I know on the matter. You should read up on the lactic acid thread.

I'm glad to hear that the garlic is helping you! I truly believe that it helped to stop my big, big breakouts too. I never leave home without doing it anymore. Good job! Keep it up!

Well I have tons of rolling scars on the right side of my face. The left side seems all right as far as I can tell from this mirror. I'm gonna try out the TCA complex.
