hey im new to this whole discussion forum thingy ...

but heres my problem, i use to have almost perfect skin, up until i got to college, i had one reallie reallie bad break out and every since then my face hasnt been the same, i know u guys can relate to me, but there are times when i just didnt want to leave my room and not to mention my self esteem level was at rock bottom ... acne has been a touchy subject to me lately, i just want to go back to the way my face was before.

after this experience i know what it feels to experience clean skin and what it feels like to not.

i think im progressing in my battle with acne, lately i been able to live more positive with my face clearing up of course ... i use C&C blackhead thng and the neutragen spot treatment, sometimes i use the C&C 10% BP

here is a picture of my face now ... i still have one problem, from my break outs before, i have these scarrs or smooth red marks/dark spots that i cant seem to get rid of, i dont know what to do

ANY suggestions i would reallie appreciate it ...

It looks like you have red/brown marks, and from what i can tell, no active acne (?). You could look into doing facial peels (glycolic or tca), or for the more economical route, take a look at the widely used vinegar method:

Hope that helps.

Maybe you should take a look at your diet. It might have changed when you left home for college. Consider doing a liver cleanse...

Haha...I did it before even joining here or attacking my scar isssues. I had gallbladder trouble and used Julia's flush it helped a bit; I still have to do several other flushes. The digestive system does affect your skin and over all health.

I also used the liver cleanse diet and that really helped a lot over all.

The reason I think he should look at his diet is because he only started acne when he went to college (change of diet is not uncommon).

That's cool, I didn't know that you were an experienced veteran. I agree about the digestive system. The motto: "The colon is the king of health" is a weird one, but interestingly enough makes sense.

How many flushes have you done so far?
