For me, exfoliation worked. My Millia was only there for about a week. Then it just went away.

Have you guys found anything over the counter that works well for millia? I'm thinking of doing oil-free cleanser, then toner, then oil-free moisturizer. Also have a topical cream and antibiotics which work pretty well but I need to figure out whats best in regards to washing my skin. Any ideas?
