I usually get sick about 2 to 3 times a year (cold, flu, etc.) Whenever I do get sick I will break out, guaranteed. My theory is that that my immune system is already working overtime to fight sickness so any immunity reserves that are normally used to ward off bacteria in break zones goes to fixing the cold.
Does anyone else never get sick?

I also wondering if there's anybody who have this same experience as me.
I hardly gets sick.
Not even when i share drinks or kiss a cold/ flu sick person NOR i caught in rain!!
It's just very hard for me to get sick.
And this occasion dun just happen once, it's like literally everytime.
I think i've read some where that some people with hormonal messed-up issues tend to have better immune system.
Well i wasnt the least thrilled or honoured about it.
In fact i was devastated.
I rather have the worst cold/ flu from time to time than to have this demoralising outbreak freom eating anything or touching face.
Argh.
Well this just dont makes sense.
It seems my body protect me from cold virus so COMPETENTLY, yet losing at having a "well-structured" skin (small-pores, less oil).
If only my good body immune system can "compensate" some to make my skin being good skin immunity.

I get physically sick a little more as I get older--but when I was in my teens and 20s, I rarely got sick. I got the flu once, food poisoning once, sometimes a few migraines. My allergies only kick in in certain climates. But I think this is all normal though.

VITAMIN C, VITAMIN C, VITAMIN C. It will stop you from getting sick forever. Ever since i've been taking it i get sick once a year if at ALL! also it will speed up the healing process of your pimples.
