this is my post accutane scaring, ive been off for 9 months now.

please advise me on what should I do. Ive been doing alot of reading on this site, about Viniger, peels and Papya. I just want to know whats the best way to do it to not irritate my sking to much.

I am not using any products at the moment, I think I should. But Im to scared to try anything[/img][/b]

atleast ur lucky urs arent red....but ive heard lactic is awesome....u might wanna wait till someone who knows answers it though

you scarring isnt bad.. I have the same scarring as yours. I got red marks too... but marks are fading dued to using peels, and scrub...

For the pitted scarring, you might look into needling and/or subcision. If you do a Search you should be able to find lots of useful information on both.

I agree with Tamara ... and also look into TCA CROSS.

Your scars don't look that bad at all. Mine are really really red from Accutane.....sometimes my cheeks look like I still have active acne or something. I'm sure that you'll have success with what you try since your scars are not that severe...

I got another question, is it safe to use TCA since I started to have some minor break outs again?

or do I need to get rid of all my zits first?

Are you saying that accutane has been the cause of those scars? or are you saying that those are the scars you've now got having cleared your acne, in other words they've gradually built up through your time with acne and haven't been the result of accutane?

You see I have an interest on this forum in people who believe that accutane caused their spots to scar. It was certainly the case with me. I didn't have a scar before the tane and then afterwards every spot I had whilst on treatment scarred an awful lot worse than yours.

You will of course know whether your scars are from accutane spots or not. Whilst on roaccutane we all study our faces and end up memorizing the spots like a map.

As for your scars you don't notice them. They are mild in my opinion and don't disfigure your face in any way. If it was me I would take the philosophy,

"if its not broken don't fix it".

ok, look. i wasnt acne prone till i moved to the US.

I had a smooth baby skin tanned dark skin like all people do in Israel.

I had no scars of red marks. now they are there.

they arent supposed to be there. therfore i want to get rid of them
