Adrenal gland consist of making different types of hormones, depending on its layers.
Cortisol = stress
aldosterone = sodium and water reabsorption.
androgen
Epi/Noreepi
then your testes release testosterone too. they say stress isn't related, but when you release ACTH (adrenocorticotropic hormone) from your pituitary gland, it acts on your adrenals
WHICH IN TURN STIMULATES Cortisol and Androgens. Cortisol might not have anything to do with acne, but when you release ACTH and it causes it to release both cortisol and more androgens, the androgens are involved in causing skin to be oily due to sebaceous glands.
Of course your gonads release androgens, which is also stimulated by your pituitary gland. it would only make sense the more testosterone released the more acne your gonna get.
I mean this is in theory from what I learned and how I can relate it to acne.. but what do I know im just a medical student. Good luck

I personally think that the impact it can have on me changes throughout the month, probably linked to something hormonal.
Best thing for me is to sleep well, eat two apples in the morning, take two omega-3 pills a day, and not bother with masturbation (after a while I sort of forget about it, especially during the week). And my damn razor blade is giving me problems with the part of the skin above my upper lip, I always get it sore and it leads to red bumps.

Why would you say that? If people get results then good for them.
I always clear up if I stop jerking off. I break out again soon after if I do. Simple.

As it has been said before in this thread, you lose a lot of zinc on your sperm. If you take suplements you can compensate the loss of zinc.
As yes, it does affect acne although it's not the cause.
