how much does it usually cost to get it shipped to Vancouver, including tax or brokerage fees?

and i heard that we have to pay brokerage fees for anything over $60? is this true?

i found some posts saying:

Well, I got an order with flat rate shipping from UPS which cost ~$16 at checkout. The order arrived within 2 days and I had to pay a $9 COD, which wasn't bad since I don't believe I paid tax on the products in the first place.

Oh also I'm in Toronto, so it's likely cheaper or similar costs for you.
