I've been thinking to do peel, since I have post accutane scars and rednsess that won't go away. Ive started taking B vitamins and ALA with Multi Vitamins.

And agh! lately Ive been breaking out with some cysts on my cheek and forehead. ](*,) I dont remember last time I had so many tiny zits and cysts around.

Please someone advise on what should I do.

tolinka - how long is it since oyou have been off accutane? If it is over 6 months, then I suggest you buy some lactic peels. This will help to gently exfoliate your skin plus I find it dries active acne quicker too.

Just to let you know, B vitamins always broke me out.

Extra Zinc and Vitamin C along with your multi and ALA is a good combo.
