for those who are adding ACV to their 1.5 Liters. How much are you adding?

Since your taking it on an empty stomach shouldn't it be more diluted?

Making like 3-4 Teaspoons?

I mix a tablespoon in a glass of water and chase it with a 1L water bottle. After that, I take a shower and eat breakfast, so I'm eating 20-30 minutes later which I think is how you're supposed to do ACV before meals.

This has been the past 2 or 3 days so I can't say much.

But no upset stomach or anything, and my stomach is usually sensitive to irritations.

doesnt the water therapy require 1.5 L of water and an hour before eating though? or did you adjust according to the ACV?

I've been doing the water therapy with 1.5 L for 3 days now and I haven't felt any new cyst forming which is good but still getting a few new whiteheads...

Just not sure if I should take the ACV with the water in the morning or just mix it in throughout the day? eusa_think.gif

I piss within 20-30 minutes, I'm finding it hard to believe there's a medically sound reason to wait an hour.

I do not know about the whole 1.5 liters before bed. It would make you keep waking up in the middle of sleep to go pee and would disrupt your sleeping pattern. I would not recommend that one.

yeah i don't do the whole 1.5 liters before bed i usually just down two quick glasses.. but yeah its important for your complexion to keep it from dehydrating in your sleep.. and yes it can be a bitch waking up once or twice in your sleep but man has this helped clear up my acne..

oh and also i haven't been doing the no eating blah blah blah part.. i just drink 4 glasses of water in the morning and continue my normal day without thinking about it.. works just fine

been doing this with little else in my life changing, and my skin has gotten worse, actually.

most likely, this
a) gets you to drink a healthy amount of water daily, for people who aren't already, and
b) is the power of suggestion

This wouldn't be a "power of suggestion" therapy method and actually can help a lot of pl.

The biggest reasoning behind that is because a lot of people with acne are constipated. Having a bowel movemnt once a day is not enough and that's the case for a lot. Drinking even 500ml of water in the morning will help your intestines move and keep you regular which is a HUGE deal for having clear skin.

Water also flushes out toxins and hydrates the skin which is a big factor.

I personally wouldn't drink 1.5 L in the monring but 1 but it depends on your body type and weight.

Thing is make sure you're drinking good water not tap.
2nd get good nutrients throughout the day from real food not processed shit, that much water will make you pee a lot so you need to keep a good balance.

Also if youre going to go ahead with it try not to mess it up by drinking a few cokes throughout the day as well or coffee or hot chocolate or waht have you. Stick with water and smoothies.

I drink alot in the morning, but nowhere near that much at once. I was slipping a bit with my water intake during the past few months. Im back to around 2 gallons over the whole day & it clearly helps

I might have to give this a try tho... cant hurt I guess

Is your stomach supposed to hurt all day or feel somewhat sick the first day you start?

I was gonna start sooner but finally started today. Chugged half a liter then waited a few minutes and chugged about .8 liters to I didn't get an entire 1.5 liters but I got a bit. I couldn't ea tlunch cause when I tried it would mess with my stomach and I just felt sick and it hurt at times.

Hi. I am a new user here. But I have been lurking on here for the past few years. I finally decided to register as my skin has not gotten better.

I have been doing Water Therapy for the past month. I have done Water Therapy every morning for the past month and maybe the past 10-15 days at night as well. One month later and my skin is still bad. I certainly don't think it has made my skin worse and drinking water can only be good for my skin so I will continue to do it. But there is probably a reason you haven't heard more (or seen any studies) about this Water Therapy.

@OneLoveLetsGetTogether My stomach never really hurt at all. It may make you poop but it shouldn't bother you later in the day. At first it may be hard to drink that much and it may hurt for a few minutes but certainly not later in the day (at least for me).

I really wish this would have worked. But maybe it will for you. And it is free and water is great for you. So drink up!

I thought I would give another update. I kind of stopped doing this (still do it every now and then). It was just a hassle to try and drink that much and frankly it wasn't giving me any results (after doing daily for more than a month). I am sure the water did nothing but good for me and I will still continue to drink a lot of water but this "water therapy" did nothing. But it can't hurt to try and it is free.

Unless the whole point of chugging that much water is to quickly clean through your system a little bit, it's not going to hydrate you more if you chug it. Drinking that much that fast is going to just send it right through your system and into your bladder, and you're not going to absorb as much of the water as you would if you were to just drink the same amount but sip it throughout the day. So really, you're not hydrating yourself as you sleep if you're chugging it a few hours before bed. At least, that's my theory based upon what I've experienced and read.

Of course, if this is for regularity, I understand how it works. All that water is bound to push any waste right through your system.

Just wanted to let people know that I'm doing something like this after seeing this thread. :]
You can see it under my blog, I've been doing it for 7 days now.

I don't have a measuring thing, so I can only measure by the number of glasses of water I'm taking in, plus I'm only 14 so don't be surprised if I don't drink 27 cups a day tongue.gif

I've tried this for a week and experienced no change, so I just stopped altogether. And be careful about consuming too much liquid per day. The kidneys can only take 8 L of liquids per day. Any more would lead to renal failure.
