Those are ingrown hairs. What razor do you have? Use Aveeno shaving gel.

I wouldn't use any products that don't specify if they're noncomedogenic, even if you're off tane. Hmm...try using a foamy cleanser like Cetaphil, maybe? Or use an electric shaver.

Could be just plain old razor burn or ingrown hairs from the shaving. An electric razor can be much less irritating, although you won't get as close a shave. Also, if you prefer to use a razor, go with a single blade version and always shave with the direction of your hairs not against, going against the "grain" of your facial hair is a main cause of irritation and bumps.
Like I said, you may not get the closest shave, but it's better than dealing with the irritation...hope this helps!

whatever shaving cream you use, let it set on your face for about 10 min. this will give it time to soften the hairs on your face for a smoother, cleaner shave. when your hairs arent soften by the shave cream, your attempt to shave those stiff hairs depending on your skin and hair type, the direction you shave pushes the point of the hair back into the skin causing the ingrown hairs. some people are more sensitive then others. i know a guy who dry shaves, which is rediculous, i could never do that. try that out and a mild after shave. also before you lather up, use warm water, lather up. watch tv for like 10 min, shave, rinse with warm water, then with cold, then after shave. you should be good with that. hope that works or you find somehtign else that works for you.

It's razor burn, everyone and their mother gets it. Use a razor with less blades.

Those aren't that bad of ingrown hairs. That's just normal really. But keep using the Fusion but use Aveeno shaving cream. And shave after a shower.

Hey I think the fusion is causing that. I recently stopped using fusion blades as they just irritate the skin more. I went back on mach 3 turbo and find it to be so much better. Also use warm water to moisten area before applying the cream. The hairs need to soften. Never go against the grain but with it, thats almost certain to cause irritation.
