i was doing so great until today. i think a mix of a BAAAD hangover and sleeping on a dirty towel (rolled one up under my neck because it was hurting) has made my neck and shoulders break out. i also started really skimping on my nightly application of bp (though i don't apply it to my neck unless it's being problematic). before this, i was having a breakout on my chest, as i tend to during my period, but it was quickly subsiding with the help of a zinc oxide formula. i also bought new am cerave lotion, so hopefully my face will be less dry and flaky. i've been having mini whiteheads on my forehead and nose from fussing with clogged pores there. then, of course, i fuss with those, and it gets worse. what a viscous cycle! but i am optimistic, overall.
