Oh man, its almost been 3 weeks since I have been applying Ziana at night and Erythromycin Gel during the day and two pills of 100mg Doryx and I have to say, NOTHING has worked as fast as these did. Less than a month, my skin got better than what Differin would have taken 6 months (which sucked). I knew from the third days that my acne was subsiding that this regimen would work. It was the last resort to Accutane and I don't regret it. And the best part is, the initial breakout is minimal to NONE! I haven't had one since and from the looks of it, my skin hasn't felt smooth in a looong time. College would have been a downer for me (and I only started a week before the first day). Now I'm enjoying great success and confidence.
I still have 3 pimples, but I just popped them and cleaned with alcohol (WORKS WELL if done correctly), the rest is just hyperpigmentation scars and even that is going away SO fast. wow. Just a little over a month ago, I was so suicidal and my skin at its worst (Moderate to severe) was the least of my problems. I sound like a blabber mouth but I'm just really happy. I haven't been confident in a year and now I can talk to people in the eye without them looking at my face.
I will be taking photos in the near future (no decent camera) and I'll show you the results. I'm just imagining the 3 month line and how my face will look by then. :]]]]]]]]]]
Wish me luck.
Ziana+Erythromycin Gel+Doryx=WIN!

This message makes me feel so happy! I love to hear success, and I'm so glad that you have found some new confidence! Now you can literally 'put your best face forward'! Also, people at college are pretty accepting overall, but I'm happy that you feel so pleased with your regimen. I hope things continue to get better!

I'm using Ziana now too. I've had a love/hate relationship with it for the past year or so. I'm going to give it the full 12 weeks this time though.
