so lately ive been using the regiman. and its been doing great. most of my acne is gone. i have just some scars and blemishes left over.
BUT i dont understand whats going one under my skin. from the outside it looks completeky normal but when i feel certiaan spots i can tell there something under it. it feels like a pimple below my skin or something. its pus? does this happen to everyone? i know im not allergic to benzol peroxide and i havent been overdosing. helpppp please

could be cystic acne coming in, because i would to get those where my skin would look normal but i would feel lumps under the skin and soon enough in a couple days they would surface. You can sometimes feel a pimple before you see it

Dont get worried! You probably dont have 'cystic acne' just papules or basic spots under the skin, happens to us all. Dont mess with them and they will either do their own thing and go away or surface. Eventually they will go and you will forget you ever had them. Do not squeeze or mess with them, that will cause them to be visable.

Are your bumps colorless?
The regimen cleared up my inflammatory acne beautifully, but it left me with a whole lot of those under-the-skin cyst-type things you're describing. Are yours really difficult to get rid of? Mine didn't protrude beyond the skin, but I could feel huge lumps beneath it when I was washing my face or applying topicals. They also left behind dark red/brownish marks when they finally faded, which was after several months, and only after I got on antibiotics.
I spot-tested on different areas to make sure it was the BP that was doing it, and sure enough, it was. You might just have a weird sensitivity to benzoyl peroxide, or it may be something else. Assess changes in your routine to see if anything may be causing these things -- if you can't think of anything, you may have to quit the regimen and try something new.
Just a suggestion. You might be dealing with something completely different if yours go away quickly. As Changingman said, keep your hands away and refrain from picking/squeezing, as you won't get anything out of them anyway. Good luck!

yea they are completely colorless. they are not tht big but like medium sized i guess. what anti biotic did u get on? im hoping they will just leave. cuz i have been using benzl peroxide produst all me acne life. AND I CAN NOTTTTTT stop using the regiman. just tthe thought freaks me out. cuz its the only thing tht worked for my cheeks. i never use to get acne there until my derm prescribed me tetroin...bad idea. when exactly did u get the bumps while u where on the regiman. u still use it rite?
