So I decided to go off my Oxy 10 BP facewash since it was drying my face completely. Until I see my dermatologist in November I am doing something new.
Cleansing:
-Washing face with Dove sensitive skin bar
-After drying, applying Proactive repair lotion (2.5% BP)
-Washing back/chest/shoulders ONLY with Dove bar
Dietary:
-Improving my horrible diet (lived off carbs most of my life and I'm wicked thin?!), trying to get into more fruits/veggies/meats
-Trying to make and drink green smoothies 3 times daily
Suppliments
-Daily vitamin and Omega 3 capsuls
Exercise:
-Cardio etc...whatever I feel will help me and make me feel good
And most importantly...ENJOYING my life and not focusing on my flaws.
